Summer 2017. A week after MDW. A beer pong bar near St. Marks with sticky floors and zero expectations. 

That’s where it started — a chance chit chat, a subway ride back toward Queens (Astoria for her, Flushing for him), and a strangely passionate debate about the banana ripeness to deliciousness ratio. (yes - Georgina's name is still Green Bananas in his phone)

A few weeks in, she told him she was moving to Brooklyn and we entered what NYC calls a long-distance relationship. The commute was brutal, but our connection wasn’t. 

Through years of travels, late-night walks, long drives and everyday moments, our relationship became steady and strong.

We moved in together in Astoria in 2019, just before the world hit pause. A lot of time at home (with Marsha, queen of the apartment) only brought us closer and confirmed we were building something real — together.

Now, we’re eight years deep from our first hello and more excited than ever to share what’s next — getting married and celebrating with you all.
